Born in Oakland, California, Dr. Lee Wong completed her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry with a minor in East Asian history at the University of California, San Diego, where she developed an interest in preventative medicine and health policy. Dr. Wong then worked at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California. She then moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she earned a master's in public health with a concentration in health management and policy at Drexel University School of Public Health.
Dr. Wong pursued her passion for medicine and completed her medical degree at Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Netherlands-Antilles. Dr. Wong currently is Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, where she is completing her training and is a strong advocate for access, prevention, and wellness in women’s health.
