Alexis A. Dieter, MD, Urogynecology

Alexis Anne Dieter, MD, is a board-certified urogynecologist in the National Center for Advanced Pelvic Surgery (NCAPS) at MedStar Health and Director of Research for the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. Dr. Dieter works with women of all different ages to diagnose, manage, and treat pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, bowel control disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, and childbirth injuries. She uses both medical and surgical treatments, including medication, physical therapy, neuromodulation, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, to improve the quality of life for her patients.
