Carolyn A. Phillips, MD | MedStar Health
Dr. Phillips has been with MedStar Health since graduating as Chief Resident at the University of Pennsylvania Emergency Medicine Residency in 2007. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Medicine of Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School (now part of Rutgers University). She has been involved in point of care ultrasound and is currently the Director of Ultrasound Division for MedStar Emergency Physicians and chairs a committee at MedStar Washington Hospital Center dealing with hospital wide point of care Ultrasound.
