Outpatient Facility Expands Access to Care in Harford County
COLUMBIA, MD – The MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus, a 100,000 square-foot comprehensive, integrated medical facility in Harford County, Maryland. The site opened officially on April 12.
The MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus enables MedStar to consolidate its various Harford County locations under one roof, making it more convenient for patients to get their care needs met in one place.
As part of that expansion of access to care, is the MedStar Health Physical Therapy at Bel Air Medical Campus, which will play a key role with rehabilitation which will include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, cancer rehabilitation, orthopaedic injuries, and sports medicine services such as running injury clinic and baseball player injury screening.
In addition to this expansion of care, MedStar Health Physical Therapy will also continue offering rehabilitation services at its existing site in Bel Air, called the MedStar Health Physical Therapy at Bel Air Athletic Club, which will feature speech therapy and more.
The MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus site has state-of-the-art technology for diagnostics and medical imaging. Plus the benefits of integrated electronic health records mean patients have the added safety and convenience of their records being available at any MedStar Health site they visit.
