The MedStar Institute for Innovation is pleased to announce it’s co-organizing the upcoming “Music as Medicine Symposium” with the Georgetown Lombardi Arts and Humanities Program. The Symposium will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2018, from 9 a.m. to Noon ET at Georgetown University School of Medicine’s W. Proctor Harvey Amphitheater. The event will feature world-renowned scholars at the forefront of research on music, arts and stress in health care, exploring how music enhances well-being and the benefits of music for both patients and providers.
