Led by a certified diabetes educator, our three-part Diabetes Self-Management Support Class covers topics such as:
- Blood glucose self-monitoring
- Acute and chronic complications
- Medication management
- Healthy nutrition
- Basic carbohydrate counting

September: Thursday 9/12, 9/19, 9/26
October: Thursday 10/10, 10/17, 10/21
Must register for first date of series, at least three days prior.
Classes are free and online. Call 301-774-8881, option 4 to register. Registrants will be emailed information on their class a few days prior to the class.
