A FREE six-session cessation program designed to provide highly motivated adults with practical counseling, support, and the encouragement needed to become tobacco-free. Meet others who are READY to QUIT! Learn up-to-date information on quitting. Develop skills for dealing with urges, triggers, withdrawal symptoms, and stress. Free medication may be available for active class participants.
