MedStar Washington Hospital Center medical intensive care unit 2G achieved an impressive milestone on March 18 (and counting): two years without a central line-associated bloodstream infection (CLABSI), a huge accomplishment for an ICU.

AHRQ made the toolkit available today to hospitals and health leaders at no charge to encourage transparency everywhere.

MedStar Health is one of just 13 healthcare organizations selected by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to participate in its research network known as ACTION III.
