Shawn Tejiram, MD is an attending surgeon at The Burn Center at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in the Division of Trauma and Burn Surgery. Dr. Tejiram specializes in burn injury, thermal injury to the skin, cold injury to the skin, electrical and chemical injuries, trauma to the skin, complex wounds, and major skin disorders with resultant skin loss such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis that requires significant wound care and ICU level care.
