Chris Heydrick, PT, DPT, Running Program Specialist, Physical Therapist

Chris Heydrick, PT, DPT, grew up in Howard County, and began as a patient with MedStar Health due to running-related injuries in high school. He received his undergraduate degree from UConn, while competing in cross country and track, and his DPT from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Chris has been with MedStar Health since 2022, and is the Running Program Specialist PT in the northern region. Chris still races on the roads and trails, and is passionate about using current, evidenced-based approaches to promote longevity in sport.
