Jennifer Grant, PT, MedStar Health Home Care

Jennifer Grant, MS PT, has worked at MedStar Health Home Care for more than 15 years. She started working with the organization as an in-home physical therapist, providing functional training and educating patients and families on home safety, therapeutic exercises, and helping them achieve independence in the home. She built on this background and knowledge and became a care manager, providing support and education to clinicians, care oversite, and service recovery.
