Kara Rawlings, MBA, RN, CHPN, CM/DN, Director of Hospice and Palliative Care at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, Hospice of St. Mary’s

Kara Rawlings, MBA, RN, CHPN, CM/DN is the Director of Hospice and Palliative Care at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, Hospice of St. Mary’s. In this role, she serves as a nursing leader and has direct oversight of the Hospice program and the Hospice house, a 6-bed residential facility. Prior to her current role she served as the Assistant Director at Hospice of St. Mary’s and held a director role for 10 years at a neighboring Hospice where she developed both an inpatient and outpatient palliative care program.
