Rachael T. Overcash, MD, MPH, is the Director of the Perinatal Center at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Overcash specializes in the management of high-risk pregnancies, including prenatal diagnosis with ultrasound, amniocentesis and genetic counseling.
