Dr. Hartman-Hall is a licensed psychologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine for the Georgetown University School of Medicine. She serves as an Associate Program Director for the MedStar Internal Medicine Residency in Baltimore and as Core Faculty for the psychiatry residency where she will lead residency wellbeing programming. In her role as Clinical Director for Behavioral Health Initiatives for the MedStar Health Center for Wellbeing, she leads initiatives related to stress management and a trauma-informed workplace, GME wellbeing programming, as well as strategies to improve utilization of mental health resources by MedStar physicians. She has extensive experience in programming and research focused on wellbeing in healthcare, stress mitigation in the workplace, and addressing fatigue and burnout in medical residents. Dr. Hartman-Hall earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from American University in Washington DC and completed her doctoral internship at Springfield Hospital Center.
