Domitrovich is a member of the faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at Georgetown University located in the Center for Child and Human Development and a Senior Scientist at the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). She maintains professional affiliations with the Prevention Research Center at Penn State University and the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Dr. Domitrovich is a prevention scientist who is interested in the development and evaluation of interventions that promote children’s adjustment and reduce the negative effects of exposure to risk. Her area of specialty is social and emotional learning. Dr. Domitrovich is interested in creating systemic intervention approaches that include the necessary supports to ensure the high quality implementation of evidence-based interventions at scale.
