Courtney B. Spensley, MD, MA
Courtney Spensley, MD, MA is a Core Faculty member with the MedStar Health/Georgetown-Washington Hospital Center Family Medicine Residency Program and Director of Women's Health. She is a graduate of Russell Sage College, where she received a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Community Psychology, and University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Spensley completed her family medicine residency and Reproductive Health Care and Advocacy Fellowship at the University of Michigan. Her interests include women's health, procedures, ultrasound, quality improvement, and resident education. She is a co-champion of POCUS curriculum development. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and exploring the DMV.
