Debbie S. Ford

As director of application services for MedStar Health Research Institute, Debbie Ford oversees information security, technology, and application support for investigators, associates, and research projects. Previously, Debbie served as the lead project director for electronic medical record implementation at MedStar Health.

Debbie started her career as a respiratory therapist providing compassionate care at the bedside before transitioning to clinical administration. She is board certified with the Maryland Board of Physicians in Respiratory Therapy and holds an associate degree in respiratory therapy and a Bachelor of Science in healthcare management.

Debbie lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and pets.
