Kelley M. Anderson, PhD, RN, FNP, is an associate professor at Georgetown University School of Nursing, the Director of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Program, and co-directs the Tanzania Healthcare Experiential Learning Initiative. Dr. Anderson is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who studies cardiovascular conditions with a research focus on caring for individuals with heart failure.
She is the Editor of the book The Advanced Practice Nurse Cardiovascular Clinician, published by Springer Publishing Company. She has been awarded the United States Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Fulbright Program, Fulbright Specialist Roster to the Czech Republic, University of Pardubice, Faculty of Health Studies. Dr. Anderson serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Blue Ridge Medical Center, a federally qualified health center serving rural central Virginia.
