Summary
The Restore Bra is a post-operative bra for patients who have undergone a mastectomy, lumpectomy, or reconstructive surgery that provides greater comfort and support while accommodating a drain tube.

What is it? What does it do?
Mastectomy and lumpectomy patients require unique support and protection post-operatively to account for surgical incisions and post-operative care. Standard bras are not designed for these conditions and are often uncomfortable for patients. For example, drains are often employed to prevent fluid buildup in the breast; covering the drain with portions of a standard bra can cause significant discomfort to a patient and may interfere with the drain’s function.
Restore Bra’s unique elements allow for greater patient comfort post-operatively. The bra is made of a compressive material with convenient adjustable shoulder straps. It also leverages a front closure for ease of wearing and removing, and drain ports within the torso band for easier accessibility and comfort for patients. The cups are constructed out of a mesh lining coated with an antimicrobial agent that forms pockets for different types of inserts, such as cooling packs.
