The aspect of performance improvement (PI) that is most exciting to me is:
Finding the signal in the noise when looking through large data sets. Using that signal to develop insights that aren’t immediately obvious to the human mind but that are both defensible and impactful is the kind of technical wizardry that rises to the level of a superpower!
When I’m not working, I enjoy:
Culturing fungi, brewing beer, weekend joyriding, or steaming in a Russian banya.
