Erin is a Senior PI Manager with over six years of experience in process engineering, change management, and clinical operations improvement. Prior to joining MedStar Health, Erin provided organizational improvement, technical project management, staffing analytics, and model development to public sector clients for Grant Thornton.
While at Aeroprobe Corporation and Northrop Grumman Corporation, she matured her industrial and manufacturing engineering expertise by conducting workflow analytics, developing a production simulation model, and perfecting organizational efficiencies through continuous improvement.
Her experience at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Operational Excellence allowed her to focus her technical knowledge on improving clinical operations. She continues this path by joining the Performance Improvement team with her current focus on the pharmacy work stream.
