Kristeen is a Senior Performance Improvement (PI) Manager with over 9 years of experience in industrial engineering, operational and clinical improvement, change management, and analytics.
After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Kristeen started her career at the United States Postal Service (USPS). During this time, she led and coached others to lead performance improvement and change management projects, earning her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and coaching others to achieve their Green Belts.
In 2017, Kristeen joined the MedStar Georgetown University Hospital team. There she worked with leadership, clinicians, and front-line associates to reduce safety events, improve patient satisfaction, and improve operational efficiencies. In 2022, she joined the MedStar System Performance Improvement and Analytics team supporting MedStar’s Perioperative Service Line (PSL) and Integrated Operations.
