Erica Coates, Ph.D.

Erica Coates, Ph.D. is a psychologist and assistant professor at MGUH/GUMC. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Black Faculty & Staff Association. She directs the Black Early Stages of Social Emotional Development (BLESSED) Research Group and leads the evaluation of ECIN’s Family Wellbeing Program.
