Annette Broner

As senior hospital counsel, Annette Broner is responsible for all legal matters at MedStar Harbor Hospital including regulatory, patient care, contracts, medical staff, privacy, and governance affairs.

She also serves as senior hospital counsel at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center and MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital and provides legal support to MedStar Health Integrated Real Estate and Facilities.

Broner joined MedStar Health in 2001 and is a licensed attorney in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. 

She received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
