Our Mission

At MedStar Franklin Square Pediatrics at Perry Hall, we believe that the highest quality of care for infants, children, and adolescents should be compassionate, comprehensive, coordinated, and family centered.

Ideal care should be easily accessible and delivered by a team of providers who are trained to manage all aspects of pediatric care. The relationship between the pediatrician and the family must foster mutual trust and responsibility for the physical, mental, and social well-being of children.

Appointment guidelines

Cancellations and no show

If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time so that another patient may have that time slot.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a fee of $30 per 15-minute slot allotted.

Preventive care, including well-child visits, immunizations, growth and development assessment, appropriate screening tests, and counseling patients and parents on health and behavioral issues.

Same-day sick appointments.

Care for acute illnesses and injuries.

Referral and coordination of sub-specialty care.

Evaluation and management of children's developmental issues, including learning disabilities and behavior problems using a comprehensive approach.

Unique internet-based assessment and support system.

Free weekly parent support group to discuss behavioral, development, and family adaptation.

Hours of operation:

Monday and Wednesday:
8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last patient accepted at 6:45 p.m.)
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Effective November 14, 2022, we are no longer offering walk-ins.

After-hours pediatric consults are available when the office is closed.
