Our Leisure World clinic offers convenient and comprehensive physical therapy and occupational therapy services to residents of the Leisure World community and non-residents aged 55 and older. Located under the same roof as MedStar Health’s board-certified and board-eligible neurologists, orthopedists, and pain medicine specialists, our team approach will help you regain your independence and get back to the activities you love.

Dionne L. Hawkins, PT, MPT, Clinic Director
Dionne Hawkins attended Oakwood College where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She also completed her master’s degree in physical therapy from The State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Dionne’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Maggie McClean, OTR/L
Maggie attended Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C. where she earned a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Maggie treats a combination of orthopedic and neurological conditions, is certified in LSVT Big, and has received specialty training in vision therapy. Conditions that Maggie treats include:
- Stroke
- Parkinson's Disease
- Concussion
- Osteoarthritis of the hand
- Upper extremity fractures
- Upper extremity post-op recovery

Ebony Samuels, PTA
Ebony Samuels received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Maryland, College Park and her Applied Assocaites of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Montgomery College. Ebony specializes in orthopedics, gait and balance, and neurological disorders. Ebony’s rehabilitation specialties include:

Jessica Uagbor Roblin, PT, DPT
Jessica Uagbor Roblin completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Rehabilitation Science. She also pursued advanced clinical education in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Her rehabilitation areas of interest include:
