You can find our Wheaton physical therapy clinic on the 8th floor of the Westfield Mall North office building where you’ll have a spectacular view of the surrounding Washington, D.C., landscape. We strive to deliver an exceptional experience that starts with free parking in the surface lots around the building.
Our patients benefit from personalized attention and quality time that helps them to achieve their goals quickly and safely. We also have bilingual staff on-site, as some of our team members are fluent in Spanish and French.

Andrew Banks, PTA
Andrew Banks received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also completed his associate’s degree from Montgomery College to become a physical therapy assistant. Andrew specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Darcy Freeman, DPT, ATP
Darcy Freeman received her bachelor's degree at Arcadia University in psychology and her doctorated of physical therapy at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. She holds an assistive technology professional (ATP) certification. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Erica Ginsberg, PT, DPT
Erica Ginsberg received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Erica also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and her rehabilitation specialties include:

Cristen Gordon, PT, DPT, CBIS
Cristen Gordon received her bachelor degree in Biology from Hampton University and her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She holds a vestibular certification and is a certified brain injury specialist. Cristen is currently an adjunct professor for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Anne Arundel Community College. Her rehabilitation specialties are:

Kelsey Shoemaker, MS, OTR/L
Kelsey Shoemaker received her bachelor’s degree in health science with a minor in psychology from Misericordia University. Kelsey completed her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Misericordia University. She is currently working on a post-professional doctorate in occupational therapy. Kelsey is certified in LSVT BIG and received fellowship training in upper extremity rehabilitation, as well as specialty training in vision rehabilitation. Kelsey’s rehabilitation specialties include:

- Hand and upper extremity rehabilitation
- Neurological conditions
