MedStar Georgetown University Hospital has successfully obtained a Certificate of Need from the State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) for a new state-of-the-art medical/surgical building on the hospital’s campus.

Actress/Singer, Ali Stroker, from the hit Fox TV series, ‘Glee,’ and Broadway musical, ‘Spring Awakening,’ visited with Spinal Cord Injury and Pediatric patients at MedStar NRH. Ms. Stroker visited as a patient ambassador for Wellspect HealthCare and LoFric® catheters.
