Purple Ticket to Health: Achieving a Healthier Lifestyle

We partner with the Baltimore Ravens and other organizations on Purple Ticket to Health focusing on diabetes awareness and prevention. Through this initiative, fans have access to free diabetes screenings and valuable health resources. The program encourages Ravens fans to take charge of their health while engaging with their favorite team.

Congratulations to our own Dr. Leigh Ann Curl, head orthopedic surgeon for the Ravens, for being awarded the prestigious Jerry “Hawk” Rhea Award. Dr. Curl was recognized as the 2024 Outstanding NFL Team Physician by the Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society (PFATS) at the NFLPS symposium during the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis last night. The award is given annually to the NFL team physician who has made the greatest contributions to both the NFL and the profession of athletic training.
