MedStar Health Performance Center
The MedStar Health Performance Center is the hub for Monumental Basketball, serving as the training facility for the Wizards, Mystics, and Go-Go. The state-of-the-art complex, designed with innovative technology, two full courts, full kitchen, 1500 square-foot weight room and athletic training facilities provides everything to help Monumental Basketball’s athletes achieve peak performance.
Mental Health Awareness Panel
Prior to Mental Health Awareness Night, Wizards center Daniel Gafford, New York Jets defensive end Solomon Thomas along with MedStar Health’s Aubrey Harrison, PhD, came together to discuss the importance of addressing and eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health.
