The 22nd Annual SuperH™ 5K Run Walk & Wheel
Location: OneLife Fitness (Formerly known as Tysons Sports & Health)
Date: Sept. 14, 2025, 8 a.m. race start time
Virtual participants can run anytime and anywhere up to Sept. 14 and promote their times and distance on Instagram and Facebook with #SuperH2025. Race packets will be mailed for virtual participants.
Run, walk, or roll a 5K and show support for the MedStar NRH Adaptive Sports athletes!! Whether it's your first 5K, or you are trying to set your personal best, join us!
What it supports: Your participation supports the Adaptive Sports Programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital, which helps children and adults with physical disabilities to pursue healthy, active lifestyles through recreational and competitive sports.
Our programs provide free adaptive sports activities with expert coaching, specialized equipment (sports wheelchairs, sleds, cycles), competitions, and travel expenses to our out-of-town tournaments. The SuperH 5K is a time for us to celebrate our athletes and ensure we continue to provide financial support and programming.
Registration Fee:
- 5K Adult
- $35 through July 31
- $40 August 1 through September 10
- $45 September 15
- 5k 13 & Under
- $25 through July 31
- $30 August 1 through September 10
- $35 September 15
1 Mile Fun Run (not timed): $25
Online registration will close on Wednesday, September 10, at 8 p.m.
