Dr. Baker is a Professor and Program Director in the Georgetown Department of Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his dental degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. He completed residencies in Oral/Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Additionally, he completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center/Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
He has edited two textbooks and has published twenty-four chapters and forty-two publications. He is on the Boards of the American Society of Craniofacial Surgery, Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Association of Pediatric Plastic Surgery. His special interests include aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the head and face, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, skin cancer, body contouring, breast reduction/lift surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery.
