Anne Banfield, MD, FACOG

Anne Banfield, MD, FACOG, graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed a residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Medical Association, and MedChi, the Maryland State Medical Society. Dr. Banfield was previously the director of Women’s Health Services for the Davis Medical Center in Elkins, W.Va., and served as chief of staff and the chief of surgery for the Davis Medical Center. Dr. Banfield practices at MedStar Health Women’s Health at Leonardtown and is the chair for the Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital.
