Why Franklin Square: I chose Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center because I want to gain knowledge, and confidence from direct patient care and working with other healthcare providers in various environments. Also, I was interested in this program because it is a community hospital that helps local and underserved communities; thus it would be a rewarding experience to work with different patients every day.

Non-pharmacy Interests: Reading, Painting, Spending time with family/friends
What you're most excited for: Meeting new people, gaining connections, and applying pharmacy knowledge to real-life experiences

Pharmacy Interests: Informatics & Pharmacogenetics

Why Franklin Square: I chose Franklin Square because the teaching hospital environment would allow me to develop as a well-rounded pharmacist. As a former SNPhA vice president, I was interested in a community teaching hospital residency program that took care of the underserved population.

Non-pharmacy Interests: Snowboarding, listening to EDM music, playing piano, trying new foods, and playing video games.
What you're most excited for: I am most excited for learning and developing my clinical knowledge at Franklin Square.
